The LAT 2.0 upgrade does not appear on on my "Check for updates" list...still showing 1.0

I also don't see how to update. The top of my gallery looks different. You have a search box, along with other icons/shortcuts. My top bar is completely blank. I did take a screen image to show you what mine looks like but I don't see how to upload a picture.
