Great comments about how children learn from each other and how much more effective learning can be with a SMART Board. Chippewa Falls Superintendent Mike Schoch demonstrates a remarkable attitude for how to move forward toward getting a SMART Board in every classroom despite the funding issues facing most districts.

Nice presentation. We put 22 SMARTBoards in distict last year and hope to add as many for the next thanks to education stimulus money. The boards have energized teachers, engaged students previously passive in class, and seem to make a difference in student learning at this early stage. We have administrators who are on board (no pun intended) but are faced with tough choices in limited budgets. No doubt they want the boards, but when faced with declining funds, prioritize what are viewed as traditional essentials. A video such as this may help.

Our school is completely SMARTBoarded now and most schools in our district are similar. Its great to see many teachers using the SMARTBoard to its potential and not just as a whiteboard or projector. Great video, I will share it!
